Purchase at any of the shopper’s drug marts and save the receipt. All visitors to Shoppers Drug Mart can take the survey by following the steps below.
- Open a web browser from your smartphone and access the website at www.surveysdm.com.
- Enter the 15-digit Certificate Number on your sales receipt & hit the “Launch” button.
- Now, the surveys do survey process starts.
- Answer all the questions about the recent shopper’s drug mart visit.
- You get questions about the products’ quality, the environment’s cleanliness, the service’s fastness, etc.
- Submit your responses by giving honest opinions.
- Now, share your full name, email address, province/territory and telephone number.
Finally, you will receive one (1) entry into the applicable monthly draw period.
