My Survey Code was generated on August 26, 2023, at 2:56:32 pm and was not used prior, but the Time Horton site claims this number has been used in the recent past. Either there is a malfunction or a deliberate action by Tim’s to mislead their customers or worse.
My main reason for doing this survey was to honour the Tim’s Staff Person who served my food at the express window. Her name is “Stuti”. She was patient and listened carefully, as I have a speech impediment/disability. I was thankful for her courtesy and wish her the best in her employment with Tim Horton’s. Please mention Stuti for the conscientious and respectful service at Tim Horton’s!

The service was excellent! The gentleman was very attentive when we went through the drive, though. He gave us a receipt with instructions to complete a survey online. It is what I was trying to do. I attempted to enter the code, but it told me it had been used before. I only obtained the receipt earlier today.
