I never get a receipt at most of your Tim’s locations unless I ask for one. I think the staff should offer everybody a receipt, and then we can choose to accept it!! I have tried to get into your Tell Tim’s five times to get a $1.00 iced coffee. But I can’t get in. Very disappointing. The staff are short-staffed at most locations, and I can see. They are working hard to fill the orders, even though it takes quite a while. Please fix your tell Tim’s, so I can enter the contest.

A nice, pleasant Lady named Jackie looked after me yesterday at the Tim Hortons on Bath road and the corner of Gardners Road in Kingston, Ontario, where Metro is. I’ve been getting the same coffee for the last seven years. From there, it’s an extra large triple stirred well. They are all great people that work there very, very friendly atmosphere. I came with my brother, and this Sharan-named lady served us with an iced cap. We were ordering and deciding what we wanted in our drink, and she was interrupting us, asking repeatedly and, at last, making disgusting faces at us. This wasn’t very comfortable. I work in the same industry, and this type of behavior is unacceptable. I visited the Tim Hortons at the college plaza on Steels and McLaughlin.

I always order the TRU mobile app and ALWAYS GOT DISAPPOINTED; I am still waiting for someone to help me! All, I placed my order tru mobile so when I came its ready, but I got nothing there! No one is helping. They ALWAYS PRIORITIZE walk-ins. I have TO WAIT mostly 20-25 minutes!! OTHER LOCATIONS IS A LOT BETTER and Also VERY VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
